We have a 48 hours cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel within the 48 window, we will issue you a credit for a future stay.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 7 day cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 7 day window, you may be eligible for a credit for a future stay.

Make reservations in advance for dockage at Annapolis Town Dock in Naptown's famed Ego Alley. This prime location is perfect for boaters who want to be in the heart of downtown Annapolis, just steps from Main Street, tourist attractions and the United States Naval Academy. 

Annapolis Town Dock is a 220ft strip of alongside dockage on the port side of Ego Alley when entering the channel. Formerly known as Fawcett's, Annapolis Town Dock is positioned in front of brand-new office space and a (soon to be announced) waterfront restaurant.

Annapolis is home to hundreds of great restaurants, bars, retailers - and many are within walking distance to Annapolis Town Dock! Even better, guests will be able to enjoy popular Annapolis events, including the Blue Angels Air Show, Independence Day Fireworks, the Parade of Lights and a number of local concerts and festivals that happen throughout the year.
